Next Message Series: Heroes - Sneak Peek

Here’s a sneak peak of the new series, “Heroes” which is a series through the Book of Judges.

Of course we’ll need to work diligently to transition out of Romans to make all the media necessary for the new series.  This is project oriented so there is a need for servant help outside of services times.  Here’s a few things that we need to team up on:

-       Media Elements – stage screens – We want to see if we can synchronize the three some way

-       Transition Video

-       New Dimmer System – Something we’ve been waiting to do and hope to have it all ready for the new series.  In this case we will have phase 1 and 2, phase 1 being just a simple swap of the current dimmer packs and the programming them to the board.  Phase 2 is putting the lights and dimmers on the poles above like they were when we initially moved.

-       Stage Design

Below/Attached is the image for the new series.  Let me know if you will be available to help.  If I can confirm a team of folks to help I will probably begin making times that we can go up to church and work on them.

God bless you guys!

Randall

Stage Screens - Easy Worship & JumpBack Inventory List

Hi all,
I have confirmed that we are able to use our Media Laptop to output the monitor and project on all three stage screens.  This means that we can do any videos ad hoc on the stage screens, but all of them will show the same thing at the same time.  This is much more efficient than our current process of creating a DVD for each screen and running it offset from each other (so they show something different on each).

Going forward I would like to use this method as a way to present the theme for the Service Series but also for Events.  Below is a listing of what we have in our inventory to use.  By going to the links listed for each JumpBack volume, you can click on their thumbnails to see what the video would look like.

For Events, we should be able to use these as an "inclusive" part of media instead of an add-on.  That means the one person running media for a particular Event can select any one of these videos in advance and run them for that Event throughout.  It does not mean we can change it on cue but for services we might work this in as an exception.

I would like to consider using this as a way to project the Nursery Alert if we use this for main services.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks,
Randall
