Hey Team,
Here's the new schedule for August. Please note I've put the A/B schedule on the top. A0 is Saturday, A1 is 1st service, and A2 is 2nd Service Sunday, and B, etc. I've done it that way to hopefully come up with a more specific system that may integrate in the future with the F1 system.

Video Podcasting
We take the audio podcast and create a video podcast using a service similiar to Google Video. It's called Blip.tv. Check it out here:

The audio podcast is edited and uploaded right after 1st Service on Sunday. The Video Podcast is saved as an MP4 (an Apple format) and uploaded after 2nd Service. Let me know if you'd be interested in creating these files and uploading them to the web at these times.
Stage Lighting Controlled by PC Software
You'll probably notice that the age old lighting board is gone. Now everything is running from one board. You might note that there's a "Live" window on the far left PC monitor that shows several "soft" buttons you can hit to generate different scenes. We now can use the software to create any combination of scenes for any lights in the auditorium (including the House Lights).
Again, let me know if you would be interested in creating scenes or had ideas on how we can make the lighting a great way to serve.
