Re: Fwd: Backstage Pass

Hi Randall,

I will be out of town on that weekend or else I would be in.  Sorry about that, but I will be in Dallas.  Hope someone else can make it.

Luis

Hi Gang,
I am scheduled to serve in media the weekend of Backstage Pass, Nov 7th.  I believe I just need one person to help me with meeting folks and pointing them in the right direction (we will be trying to get people to come in the booth).

Let me know if you can be there!

Thanks,
Randall

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know, that I would really like to see all of us as involved as possible, this is a a great event to have fellowship and get to know people.

It lets the church know what it takes to facilitate ministry within our church, some may even want to get involved through this event, though that is not the goal.

Please let me know how you are able to participate, and thank you all for what you do and the heart with which you serve.

Thanks,
Stephen

Service Media Capture and Upload 2010

Hey gang,
So the ability to Upload the Audio Message is now working, and wow, it's working great!!  The process is basically THE SAME.
Our IT leader, Phil Huereca, has relocated all the Calvary Austin web data to local servers in the church.  That means the upload happens instantly after you submit it.

I've updated all the links and logins.  To go to the correct site, you won't need to login with a user and password.  I created a Login bookmark called:

"Message Upload - Audio Podcast Portal"

This essentially goes to this link which is located ONLY in the building:

The Form you fill out is essentially the same, for most of you guys it should be fairly transparent.  You can see that all of the podcasts from last month have been updated and we are up to date moving forward: http://podcasts.calvaryaustin.org/podcast.php  (don't use this link if in the building, you can use http://local-podcasts.calvaryaustin.org/podcast.php - note the only difference is the "sub domain").

I updated the Guide below and will also share it out to you in Google Docs.  Let me know if you have any questions.  I'll be there after 1st Service for any help, but again, it's the same process.....

Thanks!
Randall
