PPT procedure

Hey guys,
The primary place where we get the powerpoints for announcements and
sermon messages is through email, Outlook Express. However, if it
doesn't come through email, we can also check the share driver server.
Here's the directory and see attached for a picture of the shortcut
on the Easy Worship PC machine.

All -

Twice now the PPT emails didn't make it out of my mailbox due to size
(my apologies). I'd like to try the following to avoid this from
happening again. I will put all of the PPTs on the share - they can
be found as follows:

New Share / PPTs Service / Ann PPTs & Msg PPTs / select the current
date from there

I'll send out an email each week advising that the new ppts have been
posted. Please let me know if someone doesn't have access to the
share or if anyone has any questions.
