Upload Video Using FTP Client

Using this method to upload the video to Blip.tv is much more efficient and reliable. If there is a disruption in the upload, the FTP Client stops and starts where it left off. Future upload sites will also work this way, as we may go to different video hosting services.

1. First, go to Start Menu and locate CoreFTP in the list. CoreFTP is a free software (freeware).

2. Now in the Site Manger, select Blip.TV or the service you are using to host the file and hit the button "Connect".

3. In the bottom left frame, select the file you want to upload and right click.
Select "Upload As"

4. Rename the file with the title of the message with extension (i.e. .mp4) . See picture example. Click OK.

5. The bottom window frame should have an upload status and the Bytes should be moving. Verify the file is in process.

Done. The file will automatically post to the site and do the rest.
