Some helps I've created, let me know if you have specific questions:
1. We need to drop the house lights to 50% for worship. I put a script on the lighting PC (Far left Monitor) that puts a big message when it's time:
ALERT:
CHANGE HOUSE LIGHTS TO 50 PERCENT
It will go off after a while but hope it helps to remind us. Allen is good to remind me when it's not done and boy is that embarrassing!
I've mapped network drives so you can get access to the servers:

To access the power point messages if you cannot get them on Outlook Express, go to this directory:
